Becoming a physical and socially active senior are just two of the benefits of joining the Dearborn Senior Services Walking Club. Many studies confirm older adults who participate in exercise typically live longer, need less medical intervention, have a positive outlook toward life and live independently longer than less active seniors. Passholders to the FCPAC walk free and non-members pay only $1. Set your walking goal and log your attendance or mileage in the calendar provided at the Senior Center desk. You can track your walk by time, mileage, laps or any way that works for you. Stop by to see what we are all about!
