here is a big need for volunteers to help deliver food to Dearborn residents who receive meals through the City of Dearborn’s Meals on Wheels program. The number of current volunteer drivers is low; new drivers are urgently needed. Volunteers deliver meals using their own vehicles each weekday morning. Volunteers can choose to deliver meals every day, or to only deliver on a particular day once a week or even once a month. All deliveries are made to people living in Dearborn; no deliveries are made outside of the city. To volunteer, call the Meals on Wheels volunteer coordinator at 313.943.2009.
