Help us re-stock the Romeoville Food Pantry!
We want to get the entire neighborhood involved in the Harvest Saturday Food Drive coming up at the end of November. We are asking that you purchase a few canned goods and let us know by email (vallaro@communitylife.info) where you live and when we can pick them up. We will also have a food drive box in the leasing office so you can drop off your canned goods when you are in the Friendship Centre. Then on Saturday 11/22/2008 we will take all of the food items that we have collected and donate them on behalf of HighPoint Community Residents.
As an added benefit, Lindsey and Dan Vallaro (your Community Life Architects) are going to match your donation by donating one item for every item you donate...up to 25 cans! What better way is there to get involved in the neighborhood and help out those in our community as well?
